Samantha McKaige is a guitar-playing, Americana-singing songwriter deeply rooted in folk and rock, drawing inspiration from the landscapes of her Pacific Northwest home, the beaches of Northern California, and the rivers of the Rockies. Heartache and travel weave through her lyrics, reflecting her love for nature and the outdoors.

Her most recent release is a six-song project called “How We Outgrow”. Weaving from acoustic odes such as 'Both Of My Arms' to emo-inspired and anguish-driven love letters such as 'No More Than A Memory', “How We Outgrow” touches on the complicated push and pull of growing up from the thick of it to the other side looking back.

As a professional touring artist, Samantha has shared stages with notable artists such as Hunter Hayes, Judah and the Lion, Ethan Regan, The Brazen Youth, Ezra Bell, Lucy Wainwright Roche, Suzzy Roche, and Ethan Tasch.

Samantha performs solo or with a full band of talented musicians, rounding out her sound with electric and steel guitar, banjo, mandolin, fiddle, trumpet, keyboard, backing vocals, and drums. Paired with her originals, Samantha also performs uniquely arranged covers of her favorite musicians, such as Caamp, Pinegrove, Bon Iver, Brandi Carlile, Arms Length, Gregory Alan Isakov, and The Highwomen.
